​Charter Policies

CANCELLATIONS (RESCHEDULES):

• Trip may be cancelled (rescheduled) 10 days prior to the date of the trip, resulting in a refund being issued. Any trips that are cancelled (rescheduled) less than 10 days will result in forfeited deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Weather cancellations prior to departure may be rescheduled or you may request a refund. Weather cancellations will be made at the sole discretion of the Captain.
• No Shows - anyone that books a trip and does not show up will automatically forfeit all funds paid.

REFUNDS:

• There will be NO CASH REFUNDS issued. In the event of a cancelled charter in which payment was made by cash or check, the accounting department will issue a check within 10 business days of the trip. Any credit card transactions will be credited to the card at the time of cancellation.

DISPUTE:

• Any disputes regarding charter payment or charter policies must be submitted in writing.

TIPPING:

• A customary tip is generally 15% - 20% of the total cost of the trip.
